Processing Time

All orders are produced within 3–7 business days before shipping. This is in addition to the shipping transit time.

Estimated Delivery Times

• United States: 5–10 business days after production
• International: 10–20 business days after production

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or high-demand periods (e.g., holidays).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Made-to-Order Policy

Because each piece is crafted specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse (e.g., wrong size ordered, change of mind). Please review our size guides carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we've got you covered. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Items ordered in the wrong size (please use our size guide)
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Hypestalgia is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local carrier or postal service first. If the issue persists, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.
